QBE Travel Insurance has travel plans that cover pre-paid holiday expenses if your holiday is cancelled due to severe weather or natural disasters within Australia and overseas. Cover for medical, hospital and dental expenses, medical and non medical evacuation and repatriation is available under International and Annual travel plans.

For ski lift passes, ski run closure, hire replacement snow equipment while you are participating in a snow sports activity.

QBE Cooling off Period ... If, having purchased the policy, you want to cancel it, you can do so within 21 days of receiving the Certificate of Insurance and obtain a full refund, provided no right or power has been exercised under it by you (eg no claim has been made) and your trip has not commenced. QBE's cooling off period does not apply to policy or trip extensions.
