We do not have any authority to give you any advice (i.e. recommendation or opinion about the financial product). We can provide you with factual information on the product to help you decide if it is right for you. The choice is yours. |
We will never ask you to provide personal information like your bank details, credit card details, driver's license or passport number via email. If you are making an online booking through us by phone, and are required to provide us with your credit card details, this will be carried out within a secure browser window. |
All information is entered directly to the QBE site, once entered, all information is coded. then deleted at the completion of the purchase. |
QBE/We may charge a fee for aditional services provided to you after you have been issued with a policy. This may include but is not limited to alterations and other changes to your policy. We will notify you of any fee at the time you make a request for additional services. |
| Remuneration Arrangements |
| We receive commission from QBE which is a percentage of the total premium paid by you to QBE for the product. The commission is paid monthly by QBE based on the policies issued. You can request full details of the remuneration paybable to us for the issue of your policy by asking us at any time, until the end of your cooling off period. |

QBE Cooling off Period ... If, having purchased the policy, you want to cancel it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the Certificate of Insurance and obtain a full refund, provided no right or power has been exercised under it by you (eg no claim has been made) and your trip has not commenced. QBE's The Cooling Off Period does not apply to policy or trip extensions. |
