For ski lift passes, ski run closure, hire replacement snow equipment while you are participating in a snow sports activity.

Additional Benefit for Snow Sports:
Cover is provided free of charge if you are participating in a snow sports activity in New Zealand on the International Travel Plan or Australian Travel Plan (without medical cover). All other regions and destinations require the Additional Benefit Option for snowsports.

QBE Cooling off Period ... If, having purchased the policy, you want to cancel it, you can do so within 21 days of receiving the Certificate of Insurance and obtain a full refund, provided no right or power has been exercised under it by you (eg no claim has been made) and your trip has not commenced. QBE's cooling off period does not apply to policy or trip extensions.
